Here’s how the process works: First, we will get to know you, assess your wants and needs that match your budget, preferences, and taste. Then we will personalize the results with a combination of price, location, and amenities blending to your taste providing you with a variety of choices available for you via a listing of apartments best suits your preference. We’ll help you figure out which listings are best to visit and eventually lease, showing you up-to-date pricing and availability, rent specials, coordinate showing with leasing agents for your selected property(s), and get you into the home that you’ll love!

Once you contact us, one of our representatives will call you. We will get to know you, help assess your needs and wants, do the homework for you with research, mixing and matching your desired location, price, and amenities, and send you a list of apartments that matches your needs and desires for you to select from. Then we will coordinate and schedule with the leasing personnel for your tour. Once you have toured all of the preferred homes on your list and selected an apartment home to make it your own, you will fill out an application and submit all the necessary information required by the apartment management company. Once you are approved, you are ready to move in! And this is where we say congratulations!! So as you can see, your ONLY job is to tour the apartments and submit an application on your favorite choice. We will do all the leg work for you at NO COST to you, and REWARD you for working with us up to $1,500.00!! How cool is that?
